Abstract
Modern diagnosis of pathology of the digestive tract includes both use of the getting radiation, and invasive penetration (endoscopic technicians) who are combined with a research of organ-changes of a digestive tract. Unfortunately, organ function of a condition of a digestive tract, including bioelectric and biochemical processes of this most difficult system that is especially relevant in surgical practice, medical emergencies, remains to "terra incognita" for researchers. Data on physiological mechanisms of regulation of motility of digestive tract, anatomical and physiological data on excitability of a stomach, duodenal, bowel are provided in article. The role of various physiotherapeutic procedures of regulation also electrophysiological techniques of providing and control of realization of the induced peristaltic activity is considered. The analysis of publications in the domestic press with comments received the phenomena and also expediency of these or those innovations in the field of peristaltic activity of a digestive tract is carried out.

Abstract
The most "weak" from the point of view of strength and peculiarities of the structure of the white line of the abdomen is the middle region of its epigastric part (at an average distance of 5-10 cm from the xiphoid process) and a 5 cm area above the navel, which explains the largest frequency of hernia in the epigastric region and over the navel. Taking into account the comparison of the strength of various sutures, the method of suturing the aponeurosis after laparotomy was developed and tested in conditions of urgent surgery. The gist of the method lies in the fact that after suturing the peritoneum, produce suturing aponeurosis laparotomy wound by reinforcing sutures, the distance between them is 5 cm, including in the "weak" places of the white line, and then a continuous suture is applied with stitches in staggered order.

Abstract
The article presents a study of the reproductive function and fertility prognosis in 27 male patients of reproductive age suffering from common diseases of the genitals and groin. These patients were observed on an outpatient basis with a diagnosis of "male infertility." Patients evaluated the performance dynamics of the blood levels of sex hormones and evaluation spermogram dynamics before and after surgical treatment of the underlying disease. The study found that surgical removal of the possible causes of infertility in marriage leads to the normalization of semen in 15% of cases and to pregnancy in 22.2% of cases. No significant changes in the dynamics of sex hormones have been identified. Also during the investigation revealed that the conservative therapy is associated with the underlying disease and infertility in marriage connective tissue dysplasia has a positive clinical effect. This fact is determined by the onset of pregnancy in 29.4% of patients undergoing drug therapy of.

Abstract
During the study was developed and introduced into clinical practice a non-invasive morpho-functional index, using which were examined 46 patients with focal liver formations. The study demonstrated pronounced correlation biochemical indicators, authentically reflecting changes in liver function, and meanings of "resectional index", developed by the authors, defined at the preoperative stage. Was analyzed postoperative complications, defined value of the "resectional index", the excessing of which statistically significantly increased the risk of severe postoperative hepatic failure.

Abstract
There were 2 groups of patients: the first group of 8 patients with scars of the skin were localized within the dermis and did not affect the subcutaneous fat layer. Second group: 13 patients with atrophic scarring of the skin and subcutaneous fat after injuries and surgical interventions. For the treatment of these patients was the selected method autogiros transplantation - lipofilling. Evaluation of the results was evaluated 3 months and 6 months. The degree of graft survival autoerosale was estimated visually according to quality and type of cicatricial deformities and method for ultrasonic diagnostic by measuring the thickness of subcutaneous fat layer in the dynamics. The treatment results were evaluated according to clinical groups. Good and satisfactory results of surgical treatment with the additional effects of high-intensity laser radiation was observed in 75% of patients in the first group. In the second group of good and satisfactory results were obtained in all patients.

Abstract
Study of the influence of sodium hypochlorite (SH) on the amount of the excreted fraction of filtered sodium in the experiment and in patients of the urological clinic with urolithiasis and chronic renal failure (CRF). The experimental part of the work was performed on 15 white mongrel rats weighing 160-260 grams. The clinical part of the study was carried out in three groups of patients with urolithiasis complicated by the development of CRF in the latent, compensated and terminal stages. All patients underwent indirect electrochemical blood oxidation (IEBO) sessions with 0.06% solution of SH at a dose of 2.0-3.0 mg / kg / day. The dynamics of the excreted fraction of filtered sodium was studied. As a result of the conducted experiment on animals it was possible to prove the presence of a dose-dependent effect of SH on the functional capacity of the renal tubules. The metabolic effect of the systemic action of SH with IEBO was most effective in the group of patients with compensated stage chronic renal insufficiency. During the 7th day of observation both glomerular, and tubular functions of renal nephrons improved. The partial functions of the kidneys regarding the excretion of sodium and potassium were reliably reduced to normal. The correlation between these functions was strong and reliable. Thus, IEBO with 0,06% solution of SH in patients with urolithiasis and CRF at a glomerular filtration rate of 30-49 ml / minute improves the function of the renal tubules and increases the reabsorption of sodium, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the lithogenic properties of the final urine.

Abstract
The aim of the work was to determine the optimal surgical approach in patient with the perforation jejunal diverticulitis. Attention is paid to questions of diagnostics and volume of the rendered surgical help. Multiple diverticulosis is a rare pathology. Its incidence is about 0.06-1,3% cases. The analysis of own experience (2 patients from 2015) and literary data allows to recommend active use of a laparoscopy at diagnostics stage. Successful option of surgical treatment of perforation of jejunal diverticulosis is the segmentary resection of the changed site of a gut.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of functional and endocrine-metabolic correlation dependencies in response to parenteral administration of physiological solution and 0.06% sodium hypochlorite solution in the experiment in rats. The study was performed on 35 white mongrel rats weighing 249-450 grams. In the group of intact animals was 5 rats, they were not subjected to any effects. The control group consisted of 15 rats, they intraperitoneally injected 1.5 ml of a 0.9% solution of sodium chloride during 4 days. The experimental group consisted of 15 rats, they intraperitoneally injected 1.5 ml of 0.06% (2.2-2.5 mg / kg / day) solution of sodium hypochlorite during 4 days.Experimental studies showed that in the control and study groups there were two different metabolic processes: normal metabolism in the control group and hypocatabolic metabolism in the study group. The vector unidirectionality in the comparison groups was observed only in the analysis of the change in the concentration of parathyroid hormone. The decrease in the level of cortisol and aldosterone in the blood of the animals in the study group was accompanied by a strong direct correlation with the excreted fraction of uric acid, the excreted fraction of magnesium and the concentration of uric acid in the urine, a moderate direct dependence on the excreted calcium fraction and the concentration of calcium in the urine, weak direct dependence on the excreted fraction of phosphorus and the concentration of phosphorus in the urine. The study of the role of cortisol and aldosterone as an extrarenal risk factor for the formation of urinary stones can contribute to understanding the pathogenesis of nephrolithiasis and the development of new methods for the prevention and metaphylaxis of urolithiasis

Abstract
The reform of the Russian system of training of plastic surgeons and alignment of continuing medical education, will inevitably lead to the emergence of problems in a professional environment and will cause difficulties in promoting these changes. Carrying out the description and simultaneous comparison of one of the most effective systems of training of plastic surgeons in the world with a national will determine the positive aspects of each, that in the future will make it possible to form a new route of training specialists.
