Abstract
Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of collagen material in patients with diabetic foot syndrome.Materials and methods. 71 patients with diabetic foot syndrome of varying severity were included in the multicenter study. Patients were randomized into two homogeneous groups. In the control group patients (n=35) received the standard therapy, 36 patients (main group) additionally used the collagenous biomaterial "Collost".Results. Implication of biomaterial "Collost" led to more rapid and effective healing of the ulcer, the wound area decreased mainly due to a more rapid regression of its width, while the treatment success increased by 1.7 times. The additional use of a collagen biomaterial led to the increase in the incidence of complete epithelialization from 8.6% to 22.2% despite the reduction in the incidence of unsuccessful treatment from 34.3% to 8.3%. Correlation analysis showed that a favorable outcome, that reflected in the good or complete healing of wound with background of small size of the defect, Wagner II without expressed signs of infection and ischemia, and also with use of collagen material. The outcome was associated with background of low levels of red blood cells, segmented neutrophils, protein, high level of lymphocytes, it is deteriorated in proportion to the stage and extent of injury, recurrence of DFS, amputations.

Abstract
Improvement of the organizational principles of rendering the traumatology help is impossible without a clear idea of dynamics of traumatism, structure of its reasons, both at the Federal level, and at the level of federal districts and certain territories. Use of data of demographic forecasting and planning of incidence and prevalence of pathological states added with the analysis of the determinants defining the need for the specialized help allows to enlarge efficiency of use of resources of a health system, and also to provide conditions for rising of availability and quality of a medical care.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the discussion of sanogenesis in medicine and in particular in urology. Stresses the important role of protective-adaptive mechanisms of the human body on the path of recovery and return homeostasis to the optimal, normal values. The human body in the modern concept of sanogenesis is considered as a holistic self-organizing system, operating by special laws. The most complete systematic organization of human physiology described in the theory of functional systems P. K. Anokhin. Sodium hypochlorite is proposed as a drug with a proven system properties in the concept of sanogenesis.

Abstract
Infringement in inguinal hernia is the most frequent complication and according to the data of domestic authors 12-18% of all cases of the disease. Most often, the small intestine (63-68%), then the omentum (16-20%), the large intestine (6-8%), at the same time the small and large intestine (3-4%), the omentum and gut (4-5%). Infringement of the appendix in the inguinal hernia (hernia of Amiand) is extremely rare and occurs in only 0,2-2,0% of cases. The article describes the clinical case of infringement of the appendix in the right-sided recurrent oblique inguinal hernia.

Abstract
The results of neoangiogenesis has been studied for the treatment of 42 patients with arterial atherosclerosis occlusive disease of lower extremities who are not candidates for treatment surgical. We studied the results in the 3 groupies including 14 patients in the each. Autological progenitor cells (CD 133+) were transplanted in I-st group. Leucocytes bone morrow cells (CD 34+) were transplanted in II group. The patients of III group was injected isotonic solution as a placebo. All of solutions were injected in internal and external muscles of shin. We appreciated our clinical results in Rutherford's scale. In conclusion, we observed what the improvement of clinical condition in patients (with a transplantation of CD 133+ and CD 34+ of I and II groups) was trustworthy by Mann-Whitney's criterion.

Abstract
Over the past 10 years we have seen a steady increase in the incidence of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. The primary lesion of the gastrointestinal tract is detected in 2/3 patients. The most common histological structure for this B-large cell lymphoma affecting the stomach, small and large intestines. The most common lymphoma, affecting the intestine, revealed in men of working age. In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of 60-70% are compounded ileus, while life-threatening conditions such as bleeding and perforation tumors are relatively rare and are only 1-3% of cases. This article provides a clinical case of large-B-non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the ileum, complicated by perforation, local peritonitis.

Abstract
We studied the prognostic significant clinical, hemodynamic, hemostasiological, immunological characteristics, markers of endothelial dysfunction, changes in lipid profile in patients with atherosclerosis obliterans of the femoral-popliteal-tibial localization. As a result, multivariate analysis the pathogenetically substantiated prediction system with the calculation of the index of the disease. When the index of less than 13 points for obliterative atherosclerosis assessed as non progressive, at index 13 points, and more-progressive.

Abstract
Introduction. The combination of chronic heart failure, depressive disorders leads not only to difficulty of diagnosis, but also to the deterioration of the quality of life of patients of older age groups. In this regard, it is necessary to identify and be able to correct these disorders. The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of treatment of depressive disorders in patients of older age groups with chronic heart failure.Methods. For the correction of chronic heart failure on the background of depressive disorders used in the following ways: 1. Standard therapy of CHF, monopril - starting with 5 mg, Concor - starting with 1.25 mg, veroshpiron 25 mg in the morning cardiomagnyl 75 mg 1 tab in the evening); 2. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with an antidepressant, trittico; 3. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with light therapy; 4. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with placebo.Results. When using the standard therapy of CHF in combination with light therapy was in all patients a marked increase of tolerance to physical load and reducing the level of depressive disorders. The positive effect was observed much earlier than the other methods of treatment.Conclusions. The use of light therapy in complex treatment of chronic heart failure on the background of depressive disorders is an effective method for correction of this pathology in individuals older age groups

Abstract
The bladder cancer rate analysis in Samara region from 2005 to 2014 with taking into account intensive and adjusted incidence rates there has discovered stable disease rate of the population (13,40/0000 in 2005 to 11,40/0000 in 2014) in men (23,30/0000 in 2005 and 19,50/0000 in 2014) as well as in women (5,50/0000 in 2005 and 4,50/0000 in 2014). Whereas the number of men who got bladder cancer was 4,6 times more than women. The maximum disease rate both with men and women occurred at the age of 70 and older (130,80/0000 and 16,30/0000 respectively). As we see it the disease rate with men and women in all age groups is stable but the rates of it are high so it presses to examine such patients regularly and refer to treatment timely. What is more, in terms of early bladder cancer detection men and women aged 70 and older require specific attention.
