Развитие перкутанных методов операций для лечения пациентов с конкрементами почек. Обзор.

Abstract

Работа основана на анализе литературных данных, посвященных проблеме выбора современного малоинвазивного оперативного доступа в лечении уролитиаза почек, за последние 10 лет. Основная цель данного обзора – выявить ключевые этапы эволюции хирургического подхода к лечению пациентов с мочекаменной болезнью, а также определить среди существующих перкутанных оперативных доступов к почке наиболее перспективные. Главная идея, которая является в настоящий момент определяющим вектором в поиске методик лечения данной патологии – это определить эффективность и безопасность использования современных способов доступа и проведения перкутанной нефролитолапаксии, в различных условиях, в том числе без возможности интраоперационного рентгенологического контроля.
