Современные представления о роли тромбоцитарных факторов в стимуляции регенерации ран

摘要

Цель. Проанализировать применение биологических факторов в стимуляции процесса заживления ран. В ходе исследования был проведен анализ актуальных отечественных и зарубежных литературных источников по заданной теме.
Материалы и методы. Анализ информационных источников проводился по ключевому запросу «Роль биологических факторов в стимуляции раневого процесса» на базе поисковых систем eLibrary и PubMed.
Результаты. В настоящее время арсенал применяемых средств широк и разнообразен, используют как традиционные, так и экспериментальные методы: усовершенствованные повязки, тканевые матрицы, факторы роста (ФР), клеточную терапию и нанотехнологии. В процессе заживления ран несколько межклеточных, внутриклеточных и внеклеточных сигнальных механизмов регулируют различные фазы заживления.
Заключение. Применение тромбоцитов в разных областях медицины дало многообещающие результаты при определенных заболеваниях, таких как острые и хронические повреждения костей и хрящей. Тем не менее до настоящего времени препараты на основе тромбоцитов не нашли широкого клинического применения. Ряд исследований доказывает участие тромбоцитов и связанных с ними продуктов — PMPs и экзосом — в различных фазах заживления ран. Наличие в тромбоцитарных гранулах большого количества биологически активных молекул, обладающих противовоспалительными, ангиогенными, пролиферативными и другими свойствами, делает тромбоциты привлекательными для использования в регенеративной медицине, в том числе для стимуляции заживления ран
