摘要

В представленной статье впервые описывается оценка эффективности разработанного бесстеплерного метода мини-гастрошунтирования по сравнению со стандартным степлерным методом для лечения метаболического синдрома. В результате применения установлено, что авторская и стандартная методики гастрошунтирования в одинаковой степени положительно влияют на устранение основных проявлений метаболического синдрома.
