In this review, the authors collected and systematized the available classical and modern data of domestic and foreign specialized literature on the development of methods for treating chronic venous insufficiency, the peculiarities of blood circulation and innervation of the veins of the lower extremities. Relevance: The causes of the prevalence of vein pathology and the associated deterioration in the quality of life of the population are the presence of shortcomings in a number of available surgical methods for the treatment of venous pathology, including modern ones. Aim: to analyze the anatomical and morphological relationships of the venous and nervous systems of the lower extremities, to identify patterns of innervation of veins; conduct a theoretical justification of the advantages and disadvantages of existing operational techniques.

Abstract

In recent years, in dental practice, much attention is paid to the development of less traumatic and gentle methods of treatment, especially in dental prosthetics. Caries, non-carious lesions, their complications and injuries of the teeth often lead to complete or partial destruction of the crown of the teeth and, as a consequence, to their removal. According to some authors, 98% of the roots of the teeth can be restored or used as a support for subsequent prosthetics. However, in clinical practice they are involved only in 2% of cases.

However, the practical experience of many specialists has proved the possibility of using the roots of the teeth for prosthetics fixed structures, subject to the preliminary careful preparation of the channels. A number of methods and methods of medical treatment of root canals, a significant amount of effective and reliable filling materials for their obturation, but despite this, it is not always possible to obtain positive results.

Based on this, it should be considered appropriate to conduct further clinical and laboratory studies to develop rational methods of preparing the roots of teeth and improve the known, which can improve the efficiency of orthopedic treatment of patients with complete or partial defect of the crown of the tooth and determines the relevance of this work.

This article presents modern methods of treatment of facet syndrome: chemical denervation, radiofrequency ablation, intraarticular injection of drugs into the cavity in the intervertebral joints. Further research work revealed modern methods of treatment of elimination of a disc-radicle conflict: chemical denervation of the disc, chemonucleolysis, mechanical decompression, intradiscal used electrothermal therapy, laser nucleotomy, hydrodiscectomy, nucleoplasty, laser disc reconstruction. The pathogenetic substantiation of the above methods is considered, the positive and negative sides of each of them are revealed. Presented their own clinical results the Results showed a 70-80% efficiency in the next observation period without serious complications.
