SURGICAL APPROACHES IN DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF PERFORATION JEJUNAL DIVERTICULOSIS

Abstract

The aim of the work was to determine the optimal surgical approach in patient with the perforation jejunal diverticulitis. Attention is paid to questions of diagnostics and volume of the rendered surgical help. Multiple diverticulosis is a rare pathology. Its incidence is about 0.06-1,3% cases. The analysis of own experience (2 patients from 2015) and literary data allows to recommend active use of a laparoscopy at diagnostics stage. Successful option of surgical treatment of perforation of jejunal diverticulosis is the segmentary resection of the changed site of a gut.
