THE QUESTION OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF INSUFFICIENCY OF PILOR SPHINTER AND SHMIDEN'S SYNDROME

Abstract

Methods of restoring the evacuation and barrier function of the pyloric sphincter in treating complications of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, and postcholecystectomy syndrome, cholelithiasis, gastritis reflux and Schmieden`s syndrome play an important role in abdominal surgery. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with a duodenal ulcer with the development of decompensated pyloric stenosis due to pyloric sphincter insufficiency and the method of its surgical treatment
