С накоплением опыта лапароскопиче- ских операций, все более убедительно доказываются преимущества эндовидеоскопического способа разрешения холедохолитиаза. В статье приводятся описания доступных на сегодняшний день методик разрешения холедохолитиаза и разработанного нами лечебного алгоритма эндовидеоскопического лечения холедохолитиаза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, there are a huge number of invasive treatments for choledocholithiasis, but there is no universal treatment that combines the advantages of mini- mally invasive endoscopic methods and laparotomy. With the accumulation of experience in laparoscopic operations, the advantages of an endovideoscopic method for the resolution of choledocholithiasis are increasingly convincing.
