Изучить возможности профилактики развития спаечного процесса в клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В ходе настоящего исследования был проведен анализ актуальных источников, как отечественной, так и зарубежной литературы о различных способах профилактики развития спаечного процесса и эффективности данных методов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Согласно определению ассоциации хирургов, спайкообразование – это многофакторный патологический процесс, в основе которого лежат различные морфофункциональные нарушения органов и систем организма. В настоящее время выделяют несколько основных путей снижения выраженности спаечного процесса: снижение травматизации брюшины, применение препаратов, влияющих на образование фибрина и фибринолиз, эффективный гемостаз, предупреждение высыхания тканей и использование барьеров, препятствующих спайкообразованию.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Несмотря на обширные знания в патофизиологии спаечного процесса, до сих пор не разработаны стратегии по решению проблемы возникновения спаек. Методы, рассмотренные в данном исследовании хоть, и являются перспективными, но не показывают результатов, которые могли бы позволить их повсеместно внедрить в клиническую практику.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the possibilities of preventing the development of adhesions in clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The present study analyzed current sources, both domestic and foreign literature on various ways of preventing the development of adhesions and the effectiveness of these methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the definition of the Association of Surgeons, adhesions are a multifactorial pathological process based on various morphofunctional disorders of organs and body systems. Currently, there are several main ways to reduce the severity of the adhesive process: reduction of injury to the peritoneum, the use of drugs that affect the formation of fibrin and fibrinolysis, effective hemostasis, prevention of tissue drying and the use of barriers that prevent adhesions.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Despite the extensive knowledge of the pathophysiology of adhesions, strategies to address the problem of adhesions have not yet been developed.
