Проведение анализа актуальных литературных данных о значении робот-ассистированных операций в структуре оперативного лечения доброкачественных и злокачественных образований поджелудочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для анализа были отобраны статьи за последние 25 лет из международных и отечественных электронных баз данных (PubMed, Cochrane, elibrary.ru). После оценки и сортировки источников в обзор вошли 48 статей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Опухоли поджелудочной железы составляют серьезную проблему для мирового здравоохранения. Развитие хирургии поджелудочной железы сопровождалось постоянным совершенствованием техники оперативных вмешательств. Ключевое значение приобрели прецизионность работы с тканями данного органа при его резекции и формировании панкреато-дигестивных анастомозов. В настоящее время малоинвазивные технологии активно применяются для удаления доброкачественных и злокачественных образований поджелудочной железы. Лапароскопические операции предстают наиболее доступными методами резекционных радикальных вмешательств на поджелудочной железе. Лапароскопическая дистальная резекция поджелудочной железы приобрела статус безопасного, эффективного и технически доступного метода лечения образований тела и хвоста органа. Робот-ассистированные способы оперативного лечения опухолей поджелудочной железы предстают перспективными методами, доказавшими свою эффективность и безопасность по результатам первых крупных исследований. Данная опция доступна не во всех клиниках, однако технические преимущества роботической платформы позволяют достигать удовлетворительных и обнадеживающих результатов лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Происходит накопление доказательной базы по робот-ассистированным операциям в хирургической панкреатологии, что в последующем укрепит позиции данных подходов в структуре лечения образований поджелудочной железы.
