Введение. Сочетание хронической сердечной недостаточности с депрессивными расстройствами приводит не только к затруднению диагностики за- болеваний, но и к ухудшению качества жизни пациентов старших возрастных групп. В связи с этим, необходимо вовремя выявлять и уметь корректировать данные расстройства. Целью исследования являлось повышение эффективности лечения депрессивных расстройств у пациентов старших возрастных групп, страдающих хронической сердечной недостаточностью.Методы. Для коррекции хронической сердечной недостаточности на фоне депрессивных расстройств применялись следующие способы:Стандартная терапия ХСН моноприл - начиная с 5 мг, конкор - начиная с 1,25 мг, верошпирон 25 мг утром, кардиомагнил 75 мг по 1 таб вечером);Стандартная терапия ХСН в сочетании с антидепрессантом триттико;Стандартная терапия ХСН в сочетании со светотерапией;Стандартная терапия ХСН в сочетании с плацебо.Результаты. При применении стандартной терапии ХСН в сочетании со светотерапией было у всех пациентов отмечено увеличение толерантности к физической нагрузке и снижение уровня депрессивных расстройств. При этом положительный эффект наблюдался гораздо раньше, чем при остальных методах лечения.Выводы. Применение светотерапии в комплексном лечении хронической сердечной недостаточности на фоне депрессивных расстройств является эффективным методом коррекции данной патологии у лиц старших возрастных групп.
Introduction. The combination of chronic heart failure, depressive disorders leads not only to difficulty of diagnosis, but also to the deterioration of the quality of life of patients of older age groups. In this regard, it is necessary to identify and be able to correct these disorders. The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of treatment of depressive disorders in patients of older age groups with chronic heart failure.Methods. For the correction of chronic heart failure on the background of depressive disorders used in the following ways: 1. Standard therapy of CHF, monopril - starting with 5 mg, Concor - starting with 1.25 mg, veroshpiron 25 mg in the morning cardiomagnyl 75 mg 1 tab in the evening); 2. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with an antidepressant, trittico; 3. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with light therapy; 4. Standard therapy for CHF in combination with placebo.Results. When using the standard therapy of CHF in combination with light therapy was in all patients a marked increase of tolerance to physical load and reducing the level of depressive disorders. The positive effect was observed much earlier than the other methods of treatment.Conclusions. The use of light therapy in complex treatment of chronic heart failure on the background of depressive disorders is an effective method for correction of this pathology in individuals older age groups
