В исследование включены 194 пациента с инфантильными гемангиомами (толщина более 2 мм и менее 8 мм), которые были случайным образом разделены на две группы: контрольную (лечение с использованием 595-нм импульсного лазера на красителе) и экспериментальную (последовательная терапия 755-нм длинноимпульсным александритовым лазером и 595-нм лазером на красителе).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В основной группе в 48 случаях наблюдалось полное восстановление (49,5 %), в 26 — очевидный эффект (26,8 %), в 15— улучшенный эффект (15,4 %) и в 8 — эффект увеличения (8,2 %). Эффективность лечения составила 76,3 %. В контрольной группе в 14 случаях было полное восстановление (14,4 %), в 21 — очевидный эффект (2 %), в 56 — улучшенный эффект (57,7 %) и в 6 — эффект увеличения (6,2 %). Общий коэффициент эффективности составил 36,1 %. Эффективность лечения в основной группе была выше (p &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Последовательная терапия с использованием 755-нм импульсного лазера на красителе и 595-нм импульсного лазера на красителе является эффективным методом лечения гемангиом у младенцев на фоне анемии. Разработанный подход может сократить процесс лечения, что делает его применение в клинических условиях заслуживающим популяризации. Одним из факторов, мешающих повсеместному внедрению указанной методики, остается невозможность добиться идеального эффекта из-за побочных реакций, таких как рубцы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effiacy of two laser modalities, namely a 595-nm pulsed dye laser and a 755-nm long-pulse alexandrite laser, in the treatment of hemangiomas in patients with concurrent anemia.Methods. A total of 194 patients diagnosed with infantile hemangiomas, characterized by a thickness ranging from over 2 mm to under 8 mm, were included in this study. The patients were randomly assigned to two groups: the control group received treatment with the 595-nm pulsed dye laser, while the experimental group underwent sequential therapy, beginning with the 755-nm long-pulse alexandrite laser followed by the 595-nm pulsed dye laser.Results. In the control group, the overall treatment effiacy was 36.1 %. In contrast, the experimental group exhibited a signifiantly higher effiacy of 76.3 %. Statistical analysis of the abundance data was conducted using the Chi-square (X2) test, with results deemed statistically signifiant at a signifiance level of P &lt; .05.Conclusion.
