Выявленные нарушения не привели к послеоперационным осложнениям, однако повлияли на продолжительность операции и стоимость лечения. Поломка сшивающих аппаратов во время операции при отсутствии должного внимания к линии шва может приводить к увеличению частоты послеоперационных осложнений. Остается нерешенной проблема «малых» нарушений в работе сшивающих аппаратов, которые могут остаться незамеченными во время операции, однако влиять на исходы лечения пациентов. С целью выявления возможного влияния интраоперационных поломок на частоту послеоперационных осложнений необходимо формирование государственного реестра событий, ассоциированных с использованием сшивающих аппаратов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents several medical device reports from our center identified during application of surgical staplers from different manufacturers. The revealed malfunction did not lead to postoperative complications, however, they affected the duration of the operation and the cost of treatment. Failure of the stapler devices during surgery in the absence of proper attention to the staple line can lead to an increase in the frequency of postoperative complications. It remains unclear the problem of «small» malfunctions of stapler devices, which may go unnoticed during surgery, but affect the outcomes of treatment of patients.
