Цель исследования – представить и оценить результаты лечения больных с паразитарным поражением печени с применением современного диагностического алгоритма, различных методов и этапов хирургического лечения.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Представлены результаты лечения 81 пациентов (34 мужчины (42%), 47 женщин (58%), которым были выполнены 104 оперативных вмешательства по поводу эхинококкоза печени в хирургическом отделении №2 на базе ГАУЗ ≪ККБСМП им. М.А. Подгорбунского≫ в период с 2015 по 2021 г. Разница в количестве выполненных операций и фактических больных объясняется применением в ряде случаев этапного метода хирургического лечения.

Результаты

Результаты. Из общей массы оперированных пациентов в 64 (79%) случаях применены одноэтапные хирургические вмешательства. У 17 (21%) больных были применены различные этапные методы хирургического лечения, что позволило исключить некоторых их них из категории ≪не резектабельных≫ и выполнить хирургическое лечение с хорошими результатами. Неудовлетворительный результат лечения с летальным исходом отмечен в одном случае из общего массива пациентов.

Заключение

Заключение. Применение современного диагностического алгоритма, различных хирургических методик, в том числе этапных малоинвазивных и лапароскопических, позволяет достигнуть хороших результатов лечения в специализированном хирургическом центре.

The purpose of the study is to present and evaluate the results of treatment of patients with parasitic liver damage using a modern diagnostic algorithm, various methods and stages of surgical treatment.

The difference in the number of operations performed and actual patients is explained by the use of a staged method of surgical treatment in some cases.

In 17 (21%) patients, various staged methods of surgical treatment were applied, which made it possible to exclude some of them from the category of "non-resectable" and perform surgical treatment with good results. An unsatisfactory result of treatment with a fatal outcome was noted in one case from the total array of patients.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The use of a modern diagnostic algorithm, various surgical techniques, including staged minimally invasive and laparoscopic ones, makes it possible to achieve good treatment results in a specialized surgical center.
