В хронологическом порядке представлены исследования отечественных и зарубежных авторов по результатам формирования пищеводных анастомозов с помощью циркулярных и линейных сшивающих аппаратов (степлеров). Описаны недостатки степлеров, осложнения, связанные с ними. Авторами подчеркнута важность проблемы выбора способа анастомозирования с целью устранения рисков таких специфических осложнений, как несостоятельность и стриктура пищеводного анастомоза. Проанализированы достоинства и недостатки известных на сегодняшний день методик наложения пищеводных анастомозов. Отмечено, что механические анастомозы по типу бок-в-бок связаны с низкой частотой несостоятельности и стриктуры, послеоперационной летальности, что послужило основанием для их формирования в грудной полости и на шее, особенно в условиях малоинвазивных реконструктивных вмешательств. Авторами заключено, что вопрос о целесообразности формирования механических пищеводных анастомозов остается открытым, оценка свойств современных степлеров и поиск оптимального способа формирования анастомозов с пищеводом актуальны для современной хирургии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article gives an overview of mechanical esophageal anastomosis. The results of the esophageal anastomoses formation by using circular and linear stitching devices (staplers) by Russian and foreign authors are presented in chronological order. The faults of staplers, complications associated with them are described. The importance of the problem related to the choice of anastomotic technique to reduce the risks of specific complications such as leakage and stricture of esophageal anastomosis was remarked by authors. The advantages and disadvantages of the currently known esophageal anastomotic methods have been analyzed. It was noted that mechanical side-to-side anastomoses are associated with low frequency of leakage, stricture, postoperative mortality, that’s why they have become preferable, especially in the mini-invasive reconstructive surgery.
