Настоящий обзор посвящен проблеме морбидного ожирения и нарушениям репродуктивной функции у женщин фертильного возраста. Справедливости ради следует констатировать факт, что масштабы распространения ожирения неуклонно увеличиваются во всем мире. Представлены современные данные литературы о распространённости, факторах риска, патогенезе и возможностях бариатрической хирургии в коррекции нарушений репродуктивного здоровья у женщин фертильного возраста.

The present review is devoted to the problem of morbid obesity and reproductive disorders in women of fertile age. In fairness, we should mention the fact that the prevalence of obesity is steadily increasing worldwide. Presents recent data of literature on the prevalence, risk factors, pathogenesis and possibilities of bariatric surgery in the correction of reproductive disorders in women of fertile age.
