В настоящее время наиболее часто остеопороз диагностируется методом денситометрии – рентгенографическим анализом плотности костей. Однако весьма перспективным и более совершенным с точки зрения превентивной медицины является использование биомаркеров костного метаболизма – формирования и резорбции костной ткани. Данный обзор рассматривает основные биомаркеры костного метаболизма и обозревает их возможное применение в клинической практике. Согласно обнаруженным данным, наиболее часто в диагностике остеопороза использовали N- и C-тело пептиды коллагена, что чаще всего обуславливалось активным процессомрезорбции, а также костную щелочную фосфатазу (остазу), которая отражала повышенную активность остеобластов вследствие перенесенных переломов. Вместе с тем было замечено, что в последние годы число публикаций на данную тематику стремительно растет. Таким образом, для разработки новых методов диагностики и более совершенного ведения пациентов с остеопорозом необходимо дальнейшее изучение биомаркеров костного метаболизма, а также поиск способов имплементации новых методов диагностики в клиническую практику. При должном внимании, эти решения позволят вывести профилактику и лечение остеопороза на новый уровень</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Osteoporosis is a systemic disease characterized by decreased bone mass, deterioration of bone tissue and increased susceptibility to fracture. Today the most of osteoporosis cases are diagnosed by x-ray measuring of bone density. However, there is a tendency of using potential biomarkers for bone formation and degradation diagnostics. The current review observes the main biomarkers of bone remodeling and analyze their possible clinical use. According to the collected data, the most cited markers of bone remodeling was N- and C- collagen telopeptide, showing resorption processes and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase, which reflected the osteoblasts activity, which is increased usually after the fractures. There also was noticed a significant increase in number of published articles. Thus, further studies need to be conducted in order to create and develop new diagnostic techniques and implementing them into clinical practice.
